Scripts, referrals and results follow-up

An appointment with a doctor (in person or telehealth) is required for any request for scripts, referrals and results follow-up.

Please note that receptionists are not medically trained personnels.  They are not qualified to discuss or advise on results and other medical matters.  Any discussion and requests must be done in the setting of a medical consultation.
